| If you would like to join me on a paddling or hiking tour in one of Vermont's great natural areas or have some questions before you decide, please contact me by phone or e-mail. I cater to ALL AGES AND ABILITIES. First-time paddlers are welcome. All you need to do is LOOK, LISTEN, and RELAX! |
| Guarantees, Cancellation, and Refund Policies |
Postponements and full refunds will be made available if, and only if a tour is cancelled before beginning or ends within the first 1/2 hour (30 minutes). In the case of a tour being stopped short (3 hours or less), a percentage of the total amount paid to Brooks to Bays will be refunded to each customer affected by the stoppage. If owner/operator, Jeremy Brooks, cancels a tour for personal reasons or other non-weather/safety reasons, the customer will receive a full refund. Customers will be charged a cancellation fee of $30.00 if they cancel within two weeks of the registered tour date. Customers that cancel before two weeks prior to the tour date will not be charged a cancellation fee. |
